For there to be a meaning of life requires a supposition that there is a meaning to existence and that our existence was a conscious act of creation. There is a difference between the function of something and the meaning of something. Evolution produces the function but only Consciousness and intelligence can create it's meaning.

So yes Virginia there is a meaning to life and it has taken billions upon billions of years to reach manifestation. And yet Virginia in order to fully understand it, it must come from within, but when you do Virginia you will understand the truth all of creation, the connectedness, the good and the bad and you will rejoice in the wisdom, the plan of our Father. And yes Virginia you will cry.

The bad news: the universe put you in charge of your own plan. (So choose carefully).

More good news: there is no conflict between science and creation

More bad news: there is conflict in parts of most religious/philosophical texts
